Cleaning after the erection of the building
- The high quality paint finish used on the roof and wall panels will maintain their appearance and protective value for a long time if properly maintained.
- To prevent this it is important to establish a proper maintenance program to keep the finish in prime condition.
- Under normal conditions, fresh water washing two or three times per year using a regular garden hose under pressure will keep the paint finish in good condition.
- If the need to clean or remove surface deposits does arise, then a variety of methods may be utilized. When used properly, the following should not affect applicable panel warranty.
Limited AMC Service being provided by Steelion
- Complete Building Inspection at every 6 Month, Primarily before Start of Raining Season.
- Submission of Inspection report and Update if there is any important modification / repair is required in the building.
- Cleaning of Roof, Gutter and Downspout for any debris or Garbage.
- Minor Roof Repair like tightening of screws, filling of Silicon Sealant.
- Minor Repair inside the building like tightening of Bolts.
- Paint Touch-up in side the building, once in a year. Paint shall be provided by Client.
- Complete Painting of Primary Structural member for accessible area only, once in 5 Year. Paint and other consumable shall be provided by client.
- Four emergency on call service shall be provided every year.
